Between 1998 and 2007 Amir Shraga was an associate and thereafter a partner in the litigation department of the leading law firm Danziger, Klagsbald & Co.. During his practice, Amir Shraga represented companies and individuals in complex legal proceedings and corporate power struggles, including at Club Hotel, Tempo, the real estate company Peretz Bonei HaNegev, motor car importer Kamor, in actions under the Securities Law in respect of hostile takeovers and partner disputes.
Amir Shraga represented clients in complex cross-border legal actions, including a lawsuit of Motorola Inc. against parties in Turkey, a lawsuit of the public company Malam Systems against Emblaze, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and a lawsuit of the Mercedes importer to Israel. Amir Shraga has also represented key persons in the business community in Israel and overseas, including Mr. Sheldon G. Adelson and Prof. Shlomo Ben Haim.
Amir Shraga has handled a broad range of complex class actions and derivative actions for his clients.
In 2008 Amir Shraga founded, together with Dr. Klagsbald, the law firm of Dr. A. Klagsbald & Co. Mr. Shraga continues to frequently represent leading corporations and businessmen, including Prof. Shlomo Ben Haim in a dispute over holdings in high-tech companies, minority shareholders in respect of their holdings in Siemens Israel, Israel Hayom daily newspaper in connection with persons seeking to restrict it, Mr. Tom Kaplan in a dispute with PCIC and Mr. Guma Aguiar, Habas Investments in a dispute with Mr. Igal Ahouvi, foreign clients in connection with the “Trojan Horse” affair, DSP Group in a dispute with VCs, and others.
Brief resumé: Mr. Shraga is a graduate of Tel Aviv University (LL.B., LL.M., magna cum laude). He tutored courses on tort law and jurisprudence at Tel Aviv University and the College of Management. Amir Shraga clerked for the Hon. Justice Eliezer Goldberg (Ret.) at the Supreme Court of Israel.
Attorney Zamir Ben Basat first joined Dr. A. Klagsbald & Co. Law Offices in 2011.
Zamir holds an LL.M from Harvard University under a Fulbright Fellowship, and LL.B and B.A (Economics) from the University of Haifa, where he graduated 1st in his class.
He has held research and teaching positions in the fields of both private and public law, and publications authored by him have been cited by the courts.
Zamir interned at the Supreme Court, where he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Chief Justice (now retired) Asher Grunis.
In his practice, Zamir has represented clients in high profile complex legal proceedings, including class actions, cases with international and antitrust aspects, and in proceedings vis-à-vis state authorities.
Attorney Daniel Kopilov holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University (summa cum laude; ranked 1st in class) and an LL.M. from Harvard University.
During his LL.B. studies, Daniel was included in the Rector’s List of Outstanding Students and served as an editor at the Tel Aviv University Law Review. Daniel also held research and teaching positions in the fields of Tort Law and Civil Procedure.
Daniel served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel for the Hon. Deputy Chief Justice S. Jubran and for the Hon. Justice Y. Elron. Daniel additionally served as a law clerk for the Hon. Judge (Ret.) B. Okon and for the Hon. Judge (Ret.) I. Inbar.

Don Sosunov completed with highest honors the Master of Laws program (thesis-based; Ranked 1st in class) at University of Haifa in the school of law and had completed earlier an accelerated joint program which entitles its graduates to LL.B and B.A in Economics, as part of the IDF Academic “Atuda” program. During his studies, Don participated as a visiting student at the Institute of Law & Economics at the University of Hamburg; undertook several teaching-assisting positions to a number of law professors; and he’s the recipient of numerous academic awards and multiple honors.
Don spent almost five years working for the Israeli Ministry of Defense’s budget department as a financial advisor and also for the Israel Securities Authority (parallel to SEC). Prior to joining Dr. A. Klagsbald & Co., Don served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Noam Sohlberg at the Supreme Court of Israel, has published a few professional articles on Corporate Law and Securities Regulation and served as a teaching fellow especially in the fields of Constitutional law and Evidence at the University of Haifa, Radzyner Law School (IDC) and Carmel Academic Center.
Uriya began his legal career as an intern at Dr. A. Klagsbald & Co. and stayed with the firm as an associate. Uriya holds an LL.B (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University, and M.A (Magna Cum Laude) in Political Science from the University of Haifa.
